It feels like a cozy, clean country grandma's house, and the food tastes great. The staff are nice and very helpful, and the WiFi works. Parking is available, though tight, and there's no AC. The kitchen smell hangs around the stairway, so a kitchen fan or stove hood would help.

I wasn't staying at hotel Jagiellonski, but on a hot day in August I went in hoping to find a room. They were fully booked, and I'd already seen on my phone that finding a bed in Sanok that evening might be hard. The woman at the desk took time to call around and found me a room at another hotel. Very kind, excellent service from the Jagiellonski staff.

The restaurant earns the two stars for me, and the hotel's handy location near the hospital is useful. But the room looked like it was from the '70s, and wasn't worth the price.

The staff are lovely and try hard to do everything well. It's a good hotel, but some things need fixing and they should put some money into the place. Hope it all goes well for them.

The room was very large and breakfast was great. The place has a Soviet style, but that didn't bother us.
