Hotel Marina Club

The front desk really made our family feel looked after. They prepared the sofa bed for the kids, then checked whether we needed extra pillows or blankets. The room was bright, modern, spotless, and had a view that made leaving difficult. We also loved the restaurant and the peaceful lakeside setting, especially the walks by the water. A lovely stay.

The location is the standout. For dinner, though, I'd choose one of the nearby restaurants since they have better options. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom stayed damp because the ventilation wasn't good. Service was disappointing too: they promote activities but don't help with bookings. At checkout, I was charged 20zl for a missing key card, which seemed ridiculous.

The location, building, and food are all lovely, and this could be a great spot for a family holiday or wellness break. The service was inconsistent, though. People were polite, but the attitude often felt off. We weren't told when the bowling stopped working or when it was running again. Guests could also use clearer advice about walking and cycling routes. The team needs better training to deliver the five-star service the place could offer.

The views are magnificent, with the hotel set between the lakes. It's a luxurious, well-located place, and very welcoming to children. The staff were polite and helpful.
