There’s a lot of potential here. I’m going back next month and will probably book again, then add another review. Maybe I was just unlucky this time. At the moment, though, I’d give it 2.6 stars. With a few simple changes it could reach four or five. For me, even a cheap hotel can earn five stars if the value is right. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were large and clean, and the soundproofing worked well. I liked being able to put out a sign asking not to have the room cleaned and earn points. Browsing online was fine, and you could connect a USB or HDMI cable to the TV. There’s also a swimming pool with slides next door. Some things made the stay frustrating. The bar closed at unpredictable times, at 1 a.m. one day and 11 p.m. the next. There was no room service after 11 p.m., and after that I couldn’t order drinks to take to my room except water. There was no fridge or safe, and I couldn’t control the air conditioning, which made the room hot. The window was small and only opened about 5 cm, and the TV had only Polish channels. My bed literally shook when the neighbors were having some “fun,” although the sound isolation itself was perfect. By mistake, staff checked other people in under my name, so I didn’t get the bed I’d booked. I appreciated that they explained honestly. One night and one morning, there were drunk or aggressive people just outside, probably because of the aqua park and football stadium next door.

The stay and the food were very good, and I’d recommend the place 100%. I left my shoes behind, and the staff found them and helped me get them back. I’d had no hope of getting them back, so I’m grateful they did everything they could.

The hotel was inexpensive, actually the cheapest Accor hotel in Poland, and the staff kept it clean. The rooms were modern, breakfast was included and reasonably good, so I thought the stay was OK. A few things still left a bad impression. I had to ask for the welcome drink, and then was told I couldn’t have one of the nice bottled beers, only a small, cheap generic Czech lager. They put it more politely, but I was told Orbis had scrapped that policy back in 2018 and that Accor hotels in Poland offered any beer as a welcome drink. I threw the lager away because it wasn’t worth drinking. I’m not sure anyone gained anything from the hotel trying to save about 2zl, but it undermined Limitless. I’ve visited more than half of Orbis’s hotels in Poland, and this one felt the oddest. There were no room menus, either paper or digital, daily cleaning wasn’t possible, and the air conditioning made the room freezing. I actually liked that, though others might not. At checkout they charged me 10% extra by mistake, but fixed it promptly.

The location was good and the room and breakfast were normal. It wasn’t clean, though, and the hotel felt a little overpriced.
