The room seemed clean and fine, but I can't recommend the place. I tried many times to reach them by phone and got no answer to my email either. Once there, I had to ask other guests to help me find the receptionists. There was also a loud organized party, so getting any rest was impossible.

4/10
The rooms were tidy and okay, but I expected more for what we paid. The TV wasn't working when we arrived, the toilet seat moved, and the shower pressure was unbearable. We had booked and paid for several rooms at both hotels, at szczecinska 10 and towarowa 2, but on check-in day we found our room had been given to someone else. Disgusting! Breakfast was included, but people staying at villa had to walk to portus to eat. The place is next to the train station, so it's quite loud. There was also a wedding party during our stay, and we barely slept. We were exhausted, and the whole stay was horrible.

The staff are lovely, and the food and pizza are wonderful! The restaurant is tidy and nicely furnished, a perfect place to sit.

I’ve had some of my best pizza here, and the food is good without costing much.

The rooms are nice and the hotel service is good. Its spot beside Slupsk’s main street does make things noisy for guests.
