This lovely old villa is great value, less than a kilometer from Nice and just steps from the beach and sea. The M15 sauna and water park are close by too. The owners were friendly, and there was a kitchenette and private terrace. The bed was big and comfortable, and the place was very warm in winter.

After a week here, I feel fully recharged. My wife and I have now spent wonderful time at this beautiful guesthouse twice. It's peaceful and quiet, and very close to the sea. The host's helpful daughter gave us advice and offered assistance. I highly recommend it. 👍

The bathroom is outside the room, but in an old house like this, it hardly bothered me. The floor does creak a little, unfortunately. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the lady was very helpful. This is a beautiful place with lots of atmosphere, right beside a park. It's seven minutes to the pier, two minutes to the beach, and three minutes to the beach with a big playground. We'll definitely stay at this guesthouse again next time we're in Sopot.

We had a clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a lovely large terrace. The owner was very kind and helpful. The owners live on the ground floor and rent two upstairs rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, but you reach it through the shared hallway rather than from inside the room. That wasn't a problem for me. It's a very pleasant place with a nice atmosphere, and I definitely recommend it.
