It’s a lovely gated community in a wooded setting, with beautiful sea views. The bike paths are picturesque and look out over the sea. A good place to unwind, highly recommend.

The rooms work perfectly for a family of four, and the location is great. One downside is that another apartment building is going up where the playground used to be. If you’re bringing a stroller, getting the elevator on arrival or departure day can be a challenge.

In the off season, this is a peaceful, quiet spot and the internet works fine. During the season, internet becomes a problem. The two walking paths to the beach go around the buildings, but cars left in the overnight parking lots cause noise and traffic jams on the access road.

The location is a real plus, and the apartment is fully equipped and child-friendly. We had a wonderful stay, thanks in part to the owners, who were incredibly kind and easy to deal with. We’ll definitely come back!

Everything else is fine, but there’s no WiFi at the property at Lipowa 32/33. Thank you for your comment. Next year, I'll be upgrading to the Premium Wood Baltic Park apartment. Best regards, Jerzy
