We went in July, during the "pandemic" period, and had a very pleasant stay. It was quiet with hardly any other guests around, and felt more like being in someone's home than a hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a pleasant smell, clean carpets, and a refrigerator, which was a big plus. The bathroom was tidy and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, varied, and nicely laid out, and the staff were very friendly. The balcony views were stunning. Getting around without a car would be difficult. The nearest shop is quite far, and walking there would be a trek. That wasn't an issue for us, though.

The place itself is lovely, with good walking areas nearby, and it's close to the slopes by car. I especially want to praise the older gentleman, who really sets the tone and makes people feel welcome. Breakfast is much better when he's on shift. Thanks as well to the blond-haired lady who helped me with the car on my last day. I appreciated her willingness to help. On the first morning, breakfast was a letdown. I had to keep asking and struggle to get enough to eat. It was a new shift, though, and on the following days the older gentleman kept everything topped up and made sure there was no waiting. I'd suggest bringing any concerns to him. He'll at least respond, while with someone else there's no guarantee anything will be addressed or fixed. The table football was unusable because it was broken, and some of the ping pong paddles were already a bit worn.

Just got back from a skiing stay and would definitely return. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, and good value for money. The owners were friendly and helpful, even though we checked in late at night, and the place was clean and tidy. Meals were very good, with plenty of variety. There are lots of facilities, including parking, a jacuzzi, sauna, and billiards. I highly recommend it.

The staff made the stay especially good. They were so friendly and attentive, checking how I was doing and how the visit was going. When I asked about the route up Śnieżnik, the receptionist gave me a map and pointed out popular trails and sights along the way. Breakfast was a delicious buffet. It's tucked away from the busy areas, with beautiful mountain views. My double room had recently been renovated, was very clean, and was nicely decorated for the hotel's standard. The setting was a real plus.
