I visited a friend who was staying at this hotel. My friend had paid 66 EUR for the room, but when I tried to leave, I was asked for another 70 EUR as if I had been given an extra room. I explained what had happened and refused to pay. As I was leaving, an employee grabbed my clothes to stop me from going without paying for a room I never received. They then locked the door and called the police. The officers said I had committed a crime and had to pay the 70 EUR because it was hotel policy. I wonder what the staff told them. The police also said it was okay for the employee to physically grab me, supposedly to prevent me from committing a crime. I paid the 70 EUR to avoid being taken to the police station. Nobody had told me about any extra charges, and I was forced to pay as if I’d received another room. I strongly recommend that potential visitors avoid this place.

A good hotel for the price, with a perfect breakfast and a pool and sauna. The staff are helpful and smiley.

The hotel is in a good spot, and the room was good too. When we arrived, everything seemed fine and the guy at reception was nice. One receptionist was friendly and very nice, but the next morning a woman kept telling me to calm down when I was only asking for another room key because I wasn’t alone. The other guests were loud, and she wouldn’t do anything to quiet them down. Breakfast included eggs, but there were only five croissants for the whole hotel when I came down. The eggs had to be cooked in water that wasn’t boiling, so they couldn’t be cooked properly. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, so I couldn’t attend meetings or enjoy internet access and calls with my family in my free time. Staff didn’t want to do anything about it, which made the stay difficult and unpleasant.

The food is amazing, especially breakfast. I love halibut, it was delicious! The service was nice too. And the pool, oh my, I love it.

The restaurant works well for breakfast, though dinner there isn’t brilliant. It’s far from the city center and places to eat dinner, among other things. Staff speak very little English, so it was difficult to communicate.
