I've stayed at this hotel several times, and my company is their best customer, but they still couldn't handle a pretty basic request. I needed a table with a plug in the lobby after 9pm so I could work. Surely they could have let me take a table from the restaurant. Some people's lack of flexibility drives me nuts. It costs nothing and would bring me back again and again. Instead, you'll keep getting average reviews.

I picked this hotel for the night partly because it had a three-star rating, so the conditions were a real disappointment. The double room had a 140 cm bed and a duvet that was only 140 cm wide as well. I ended up using a blanket that didn't seem very clean. I can't recommend the hotel.

The hotel has a charming setting and a distinctive atmosphere. I stopped in for dinner and ordered pierogi. I'm picky about them, but these were genuinely delicious. Well worth stopping by for dinner, at least.

The restaurant is worth recommending, with attentive staff and good food. The rooms are about what you'd expect from a three-star hotel, though my single room had a 140cm bed. The location is poor, with a paper mill next door that often causes an unpleasant smell. They don't clean the rooms every day.

We left dinner in a wonderful mood and are very happy with the place. The restaurant served delicious food, and the waitresses were incredibly kind. The decor is cozy, with fresh flower arrangements and beautiful tableware. A lovely place, highly recommended. Sending our regards to the whole staff 🫶👌
