The location is great, and the apartment is nicely designed, roomy for a couple, and has the equipment you need. But the bed wasn’t as comfortable as it looked. The towel hooks were simply stuck onto the wall and seemed ready to fall off, and water escaped from the shower even though it all looked new. Getting help was awful. We weren’t told the front door was broken and that anyone could get in. We were sent a five-digit code, but the keypad only accepted three digits. Some random people helped us, otherwise we might have spent the night trying to work it out. I called the emergency number and got no answer or call back. I messaged on WhatsApp in English, then got a reply in Polish 24 hours later. That felt very unprofessional and impolite for customer service. I probably wouldn’t book here again.

The apartment is nice, but the kitchen equipment isn’t up to standard. For instance, there was no bread knife.

Good apartment standard and a perfect location. The room was clean, the receptionist polite, and the price made it the best option by comparison.

The kitchen and bathroom are particularly well equipped. There’s a coffee machine, two toasters, plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses, a dishwasher, and a washing machine in the bathroom. They even provide ample toilet paper, and there are lots of local TV channels, which is a nice bonus. The place looks modern from the outside, and the interior and apartment are modern too. At first glance it seemed very clean, but there was dust on the low-hanging lamp cord above the dining table and pistachio bits by the bedroom mattress from previous guests. The sofa’s metal frame poked into our legs while we ate breakfast, and the mattress was very worn, with bobbled fabric, and seemed to sink by the second night. Despite those small issues, I highly recommend the sun & snow hotel Świeradów Zdrój ☺️
