4UApart - Apartment suite Platan Grey

Had a lovely time in Swinoujscie. The apartment was modern and very nice, and the owner was very handsome.

We'd have given it zero stars if we could. This apartment is in a residential building and wasn't particularly clean. The bed and bedding were dirty, the toilet and kitchen were too, and even the utensils were grimy. The sofa bed smelled of smoke, and the landlord wouldn't cooperate. Our travel provider helped us cancel and find another apartment for almost the same price. It was much better, and above all, cleaner.

We ended up with this apartment as a replacement, so I can't speak to whether it matched the listing. The furnishings are good, but the place looks neglected and wasn't very clean. The refrigerator was grimy, the balcony door nearly fell open when we tried to open it, and the shower was broken, with water already leaking from the hose. In its current state, I wouldn't recommend it.

The key handover went smoothly, and the landlord was friendly and reliable. The apartment itself is lovely, modern, and charming, with lots of attention to detail. The location is great too. We’d happily come back, and definitely recommend staying here.
