The only things that bothered me were the lack of mosquito nets on the windows, which made it hard to air out the room without letting in some "visitors", and the little fridge fan. It was very quiet outside at night, so its noise stood out, and there wasn’t an easy way to switch it off. Otherwise, the hotel was in very good shape, modern with lovely rustic accents. The rooms and sheets were clean, and breakfast was good and varied.

I didn’t book an apartment, just came to use the spa complex, and I thought it was lovely. The outdoor saunas and jacuzzi were incredible, especially in winter! There’s a hot pool for children and two jacuzzis for adults. I was surprised I couldn’t order tea in the pool and sauna area, but that was okay. I recommend it!

I went just for the spa. The service was mediocre, and both jacuzzis were out of order. Nobody mentioned that when they sold me entry. This wasn’t a one-off, either. The spa reception knew about it, and it wasn’t a new problem :) It was clearly mismanaged.

I stayed five nights at this cozy hotel during my 2015 summer holiday. It’s easy to find and get to, and well placed for hikes in the lovely Babia Gora area. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were good, and breakfast was excellent. My room was good enough. I’d recommend staying here and would return.

The location is excellent, with the river really close and a garden where you can exercise or let the kids use the playground. The rooms are good, and breakfast is excellent. Really nice hotel.
