Apartamenty Przy Deptaku

Such a beautiful apartment, and our stay was perfect.

The apartment was cold, and when I finally got inside, it was clear it hadn’t been made ready: dirty towels were on the floor and alcohol bottles had been left behind. A comfortable night’s sleep wasn’t possible. Getting in had already been a nightmare. The access codes I received after booking didn’t work, and I was stuck outside with no help. I couldn’t reach the staff by phone or email. I waited in the car, exhausted from the trip, until someone finally contacted me around two hours later, after midnight. For a short-term rental, this lack of organization and basic cleanliness is unacceptable. I expected working access, a clean apartment, and reachable staff, and none of that happened. I strongly advise against staying here.

We booked an apartment with a separate bedroom, but there wasn’t one, and the landlord ignored our request about it. We had to make do with the room we got. Quite a few things were missing or inadequate, including a tea towel despite there being no dishwasher, a bath mat, decent lighting, proper loading and unloading facilities, German TV, and more.

We had a really enjoyable stay in a bright, spacious apartment, and communication with the staff was great. We’ll come back with our family next summer :)
