The beach is only about 100 meters away, and the promenade is right beside the resort. Even so, it's on the edge of the tourist area, so it feels removed from the crowds, stalls, and seaside vendors. The rooms were clean and in good shape, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there's convenient underground parking.
2/10
We'd stayed in Baltic Apartment 3.1 several times before, but this visit was a real letdown and didn't feel worth the price. Despite the extra cleaning fee, it was dirty and badly prepared, with walls in shocking condition. A quick wipe over the tiles was enough to show how grimy the floor really was. Cleanliness needs more than a superficial pass. It's a shame the property's main listing page doesn't show current photos. :(
10/10
Hel has a place with a really distinctive atmosphere, and it's lovely for relaxing. The surroundings are still rough, and the parking area looks partly like a meadow, though you can see that work is being done.
8/10
The place was very clean, and you can hear birds outside. Finding the building from the parking lot was confusing, though, since there was no guidance. The exits also aren't marked logically with A-B labels like the buildings.
10/10
A great spot for a hotel, with clean, pleasant rooms and everything we needed. The parking lot was the downside, it was really tight.
