Apartamenty Swinoujscie – Cesarskie Ogrody

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the pool and sauna were included in the price. The location was very good too, within walking distance of the train station, city centre, and beach. Only one sauna was working while I was there, and lots of people wore swimsuits in it. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

We had plenty of parking available for a fee, which was convenient, and didn’t need to look for another lot during our stay. The beach and the town’s restaurant areas are both easy to reach on foot, and there’s a nice restaurant, Weranda, right beside the hotel. It’s in a great spot in a quiet park, and the hotel has an interesting history. Our room was spacious enough, with a nice balcony. The floor was a little sandy, probably from guests coming back from the beach, but the rest was clean. The main problem was the Wi-Fi. We could only get a signal on the balcony, and even there it was very weak. Our mobile internet coverage was poor too, which was annoying, especially for the kids.

We had some lovely, relaxing days at the hotel-spa. The food was good, the people were kind, and the location was good. I don’t understand why it isn’t rated at least four stars. I’d recommend a holiday here to friends and family.

The rooms were superb, the food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent in this beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. I had a small problem, and Marcin, one of the managers, took care of it. He was superb, professional and polite, and speaks excellent English.
