Graal Spa

We didn't feel welcome, and felt discriminated against. The staff weren't very friendly, especially the woman at the pool. They could use more training in hospitality and how they treat guests.

The hotel parking costs a lot, so we used a cheaper spot just outside. Inside, the walls and doors are paper thin, the beds are rock hard, and both the food and service were awful. The price is far too high for what you get.

The handy thing is the location: the beach is an easy ten-minute walk, bikes are available to rent, there's a nearby bazaar, and you can switch between Germany and Poland by car or train. As a two-star hotel, it's not bad, but the restaurant lets it down. The rice and noodles weren't warm, and I saw the cakes had been bought from the supermarket next door.

The courtyard had Polish pensioners' music parties almost every evening. They felt authentic and finished at 10 pm, but guests should know there's often music. The balcony had two chairs but no table. We still had a very enjoyable stay. It's a large spa hotel on the edge of town, about a ten-minute walk from the beach and roughly 2 km from the centre. There's a courtyard, playground, indoor pool, sauna and two jacuzzis. Breakfast was generous and good. Parking costs extra, though motorcycles can park for free.
