The beach is right nearby, and there was plenty for all of us to do, both in and around the hotel. Our family of three, 2+1, spent three days at Hilton Świnoujście and felt welcome from the start. We had a great time at the aquapark and climbing wall, then played billiards and bowled in the evenings. Breakfast was tasty with lots of variety, and our clean, comfortable, functional room worked well for us. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and everyone we dealt with, from reception to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return!

The hotel has modern, clean rooms and lots of great amenities, with a good spot near restaurants and shops at the quieter end of the boardwalk. Staff were friendly and helpful. At breakfast, it would be nice to have more vegan choices and labels for the vegan items. Still, it was a great stay at a wonderful hotel, and I highly recommend it when visiting Świnoujście.

The location is fabulous, just by the beach entrance, and the buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The building and rooms are nice, and the front desk fixed the problems quickly after we reported them, which was great. In our room, though, the rain shower sprayed everywhere, the blocked drain left us standing in water, and one balcony door didn’t work properly. Those are issues you shouldn’t run into at a 5* property. I’d call it a solid 4* hotel that could use a few small improvements and some staff training, including a reminder to smile and be friendlier, to reach the 5* standard it’s meant to have.

Service at Lobby Bar & Patisserie was really poor. Our meal arrived late and cold, and the waiter was busy with other guests without even acknowledging us.

Magda and Żaneta at reception made us feel very well looked after. Their communication was clear, professional, welcoming, and consistently excellent. They’re both capable and focused on finding solutions, and represent the hotel’s service standards so well. We’d gladly come back. Special thanks to Magda and Żaneta, from Matteo.
