The underground garage parking was very convenient, and inside the apartment there was plenty of storage. It was large and well furnished, with comfortable beds. The kitchen could use a thermos. Guests should also bring a kitchen towel, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil, since those basics I’ve found in other holiday rentals weren’t provided.

We stayed for more than a week in apartment number 9, and the other holidaymakers’ reviews turned out to be right. The location was excellent and the underground parking was useful, but the apartment itself was unpleasant. It was dirty throughout: the rooms and bathroom had stains, including some unidentifiable ones in and on the toilet. The walls had black marks and cobwebs, and everything felt greasy. The bathroom soap dispenser had just a little soap at the bottom, topped up with water. Disgusting. The TV was barely usable, with only ARD, ZDF, and Arte. The mattress was completely worn out, as was the sofa, and we had back pain after the first night. Everything seemed old and tired. We couldn’t get answers to our questions, and with only one key we had to do everything together. There was no oven or microwave, only two hotplates, and we could only use one at a time because the other didn’t work due to lack of space. The wardrobe, or whatever it was meant to be, was filthy and unusable, with a dirty mop and vacuum cleaner stored inside. We won’t be back. If you rent out a property, it should be maintained well enough for guests to want to return.

For a few days, it’s a nice apartment with what you need and a pleasant balcony. The area is handy for the beach and town center. There are some small room issues, like damaged flooring and a light switch tucked behind the refrigerator.
