Krzysztof was relaxed and welcoming, and speaks fluent English. These contemporary houses are beautifully situated among pine-covered hills, with calming views, and a playful river runs just a stone’s throw away. It made a perfect home-from-home base for our adventures.

Really great.

We were so pleased with the cottages: everything was spotless, looked after, and there for a comfortable stay. You can tell the owners care about the small details. The owner also made things easy for us, arranging transport and bikes and being friendly and helpful throughout. We had a lovely, smooth stay in Szczawnica and would happily come back.

The stream was a favorite with the kids, especially dipping their feet after a long day in the mountains. The place is peaceful, with a gazebo, fire pit, barbecue area, and deckchairs, though getting to Szczawnica center takes about an extra half-hour on foot. We stayed in apartment 2, which was spacious, clean, and lovely, with a sunset view. It had everything described, including a radio in the bathroom that was a big hit with the children. Bike rental is available on site, too. The owners were welcoming and gave us tips on where to go for the best views. We highly recommend staying here.
