I spent three days in Szczawnica on my own and came away with nothing to complain about. The price felt very reasonable for such a high standard and a cozy interior. Everything was tidy, clean, quiet, and pleasant, and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Service was courteous and professional from the start. I wholeheartedly recommend it 👌

The location made it easy to relax and see the sights, and I’d gladly stay here again. Our room was clean and well equipped, with really comfortable beds. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. We had a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast is included, and there’s an affordable garage open around the clock. From the balcony we had a great view of Szczawnice. For somewhere right in the city center, the price is good. The hotel has a 2000s feel, and I recommend it.

We spent ŚBN at "Polaris," using three rooms, so this view comes from more than just one family. We’ve spent both holidays in different hotels for years, and this was a real success. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the reception staff lovely, and the prices reasonable. Food came out quickly, hot, and fresh. We loved the borscht with dumplings, delicious pierogi, lasagna (lamb rolls), and cakes. The atmosphere was lovely, with discreet music and a TV showing wood burning in a fireplace. Service was fast, friendly, and smiling. There was one small snag at Christmas Eve dinner: the table layout made it awkward to reach the buffet. At breakfast they rearranged the tables, and it worked fine. For anyone expecting fireworks at this very decent price, I’d point them to Gołębiewski Hotel, Irena Eris Hotel, Modrzewie Park Hotel, or Szczawnica Resort, where one night costs as much as our whole stay. We recommend Polaris to people with no stick up their asses. We’ll be back and will tell our friends. Greetings to the crew, see you soon.

There was no festive feeling at all, and the food was cold and unpleasant. The organization was terrible. Christmas at this hotel was a complete disaster, the worst of several Christmas trips I’ve taken. No one has ever spoiled my holidays so thoroughly. "Best regards" to the owner. Figuratively speaking, if this is how you make money these days, you still have a lot to learn from him. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Sad, but true.
