Five months after the first handover, rainwater still sits on the terrace tiles for days instead of draining or drying. The tiles bloom, and the ones on stilts shift or lift when you step on them. The handover process was a mess too: I had to collect the apartment three times, the third time after being assured the defects would be fixed because my own renovation team couldn't wait any longer. They broke one of the three keys, and later lost the second key I left with them while they worked on the reported defects. Unfortunately, this fits the growing number of complaints that things are fine until purchase and handover, then become a joke. I strongly don't recommend it.

Ms. Aleksandra Dziadosz handled the apartment inspection very professionally, and the minor problems were fixed promptly. Her communication was excellent, and her approach deserves high praise. Many thanks, and best regards!

What a waste of potential. The area could have had a promenade, cafes, and cultural and entertainment spaces, with modern stone buildings reflecting the original Hanseatic character, red Venice, and the Wały river embankments. Instead, this development, like several newer ones on the Oder, feels bleak and unwelcoming, all concrete and cages unless that's what you like. From the train station onward, the whole area is an ugly, messy anti-postcard of Szczecin. No wonder young people leave the city. Just look at waterfront developments in Switzerland, the Netherlands, Denmark, or even Gdańsk.

Justyna's sales office is a real strength here. I've never had such a professional experience with clients, and the agents are all well trained and know their stuff. The service was fantastic, the apartments are attractive, and I can't see any weak points in the development.
