The location is good, close to the city center, and otherwise it’s okay. But I don’t understand the high ratings. The rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest, and they’re worn and due for a refresh, including the furniture and furnishings. There’s also an odd radiator setup: the Wi-Fi controls aren’t available, so you have to call whenever you want to change the room temperature.

The owners are friendly and very helpful, and I’d recommend booking the wellness area for private use. It’s a great way to relax after a day hiking. The apartments are clean and well equipped, with beautiful views and a location close to everything 😁

The apartment measured around 30 m², though Booking listed it as about 40 m². The difference is obvious, even for two people. The layout wastes space, the sofa and carpet runners in the living room were dirty and stained, and the kitchenette had almost no counter space. A cabinet door under the sink was broken and gave the place a neglected feel. The bathroom needs renovation: there was visible mold in the shower, a damaged drain, and nowhere to put toiletries, which is especially inconvenient in such a small space. The parking under the building is very limited, and some guests have to leave their cars on the sidewalk. Sound insulation is poor too. You can hear everything at the neighbors' house, and a loud party downstairs at night can be disruptive, so anyone who values peace and privacy should keep that in mind. The listing offers the “excellent” wellness area with a sauna and outdoor jacuzzi for an extra fee. We booked by phone, but the sauna hadn’t been turned on because the staff had “forgotten.” They also didn’t send the entry code beforehand, and we only got it after calling. That didn’t feel professional. Our stay was poor, so we cut it short by one day, though we’d even considered leaving two days early. Since it was Sunday and around 1 p.m., the owner asked us to pay for the first day, which I refused. We got a refund for the day we shortened the stay by. After we raised the apartment’s condition, the only “compensation” offered was replacing the dirty carpet runner with a clean one. The stay was bearable, but the inaccurate floor area and the bathroom’s condition, especially the mold, were the biggest problems and really affected our impression.

The apartment is tiny, about 30 m², even though Booking.com said around 40 m². The listing shows photos of several different apartments, so it’s hard to tell which one you’re actually booking. The kitchen has equipment, but the cutlery seems to be the cheapest available: the knife can’t cut anything, and using a fork is difficult. There’s no worktop for preparing food, and the only free cupboard is the wall cabinet above the stove. The bedroom is cramped, with no space for a nightstand between the bed and wardrobe. The sheet was too narrow to cover the mattress, which was very pilled and could use cleaning. At least it was firm and comfortable. There weren’t enough outlets for charging phones overnight, just one double socket on one side of the bed. In the kitchen there was one near the sofa and two by the kitchenette. They say it sleeps four, but I suspect the table and coffee table would have to be moved into the hallway. The description calls it soundproof, but you can hear noise from other apartments and things being moved upstairs. We definitely won’t be back. I don’t recommend it.
