I spent five nights at Kalinowa 11. While making the reservation, I asked the website assistant to help choose an apartment. Since I was travelling with a child under one, they recommended a place in a building without an elevator. I had to carry the stroller up the stairs, and it completely ruined our vacation. The apartment was also unclean and quite cold, with no way to adjust the heating. They didn't answer the phone. I can't recommend it at all.

We stayed at Kalinowa 21 with family for nine nights. We chose DreamApart because its website said there would be two double beds, but when we arrived there was just one small 140 cm double bed and a sofa. That so-called double bed felt like a trampoline, and the sofa was far from comfortable for sleeping. I got in touch with DreamApart right away to sort it out. After several emails, they wouldn't offer a discount, a refund, or even an apology. Their answer was basically that I had to deal with it myself. It felt like profit mattered more to this company than customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a comfortable, dependable stay.

Coffee on the terrace was especially nice with the view of Skrzyczne and the red and yellow trees. The apartment is spacious and modern, with a full kitchenette and decor that feels homey. It's close to the center of Szczyrk but in a peaceful neighborhood, and there's free parking in the underground garage. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back. I'd recommend this place if you need to relax and recharge, even for a short weekend.

We’re regular guests here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchenette is well stocked. It’s close to the city center, and I recommend it.

We had a lovely stay 😊 The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids' playroom and parking were handy, and the location worked really well too. I'd happily recommend it!
