Meta Apartments

We booked three apartments two years ago, before the pandemic, and had to move the dates twice. Now, because of unforeseen circumstances, we can't travel at all. We didn't expect to be in this situation, and they still won't refund us, even partially, despite how much we begged and pleaded. They now offer free cancellation but still refused our refund. I find the way the management and owners have treated us extremely unfair. They were unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us, and I would never use these people again.

Loved our stay.

The apartment was clean and nice, so that part was fine. But we had no towels when we arrived, and reception only brought them after I called. The underground car park is the bigger problem. It feels like they squeezed it into too small a space to make the place seem higher standard. In winter, trying to get in and out during a snowstorm is a nightmare. The gate opens too narrowly for the tight maneuvering room, and the entrance seems designed for microcars.

We have very fond memories of our November stay at META Apartments. We barely saw the staff, yet everything was top notch. The apartments were spacious, clean, well furnished, and functional, and the shared areas were just as good. It was quiet, intimate, and comfortable. The underground garage was also clean and tidy. We only left a few marks from driving in after the rain. I'd recommend it to individuals, families, and couples who respect other people's property and value good standards.
