Willa Piano

Simple and sufficient, fine for one night. The owners care about the place.

Free parking and access to the kitchen were a real plus, and the price felt very fair. Willa Piano is close to the center but still quiet, which made it a great base for our Tatra Mountains trip. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it matched the description. I’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Zakopane.

The owner communicated really well, and parking is right by the building. We had a lovely, very clean room with a mountain view, just a short walk from Krupówki Street. Would recommend! :)

At 5 a.m. we should have been asleep, but instead we were dealing with water flooding our basement room and soaking our belongings. Water came from beneath the bathroom door frame, through the leaky windows, and dripped from the ceiling, though not above the bed. The owner blamed the weather and took no responsibility, telling us to claim the damage on her own insurance. I have a video, but unfortunately there’s no way to upload it. Starting at 5:30 a.m., we made more than 100 calls to maintenance, yet the cleaning lady didn’t get through to someone higher up until 9:10. We’re relieved the fridge didn’t leak too and that nobody was electrocuted. I’d look elsewhere instead of spending your time worrying about a flood and damaged things.
