Waking up to the mountain outside the window was lovely. The place was warm and very clean, and the staff were kind and respectful. Thanks so much for the great service. I’d definitely recommend it. 😊

The location, parking and prices were all good, and the place felt cozy. I loved the style, sauna and jacuzzi, plus the nice badges. Amazing place, I’ll be back!

We couldn’t sleep properly at Lesny Dworek. The walls were so thin I could hear the guests next door snoring, along with their TV and conversations. Then, on our second night, around 6-10 teenagers had a loud party, drinking, shouting, playing music and slamming the door until about 4-5am. We’d already paid for four nights, but during that second night we booked a hotel so we could leave. I tried reaching the owners by phone, email and a message through the booking website. Nearly 24 hours later, I got a half-hearted apology, with no offer of compensation. I understand they can’t control what guests do, but they’re responsible for their customers’ comfort and safety. Being able to sleep at night seems like a basic expectation for paid accommodation. Avoid it if you care about peace and quiet or customer service.

Pani Halyna was so helpful and nice, and the fireplace was a real highlight. It came with all the supplies, so bring your own sausage and local smoked cheese for the grill. After a day on the slopes, we could relax in the sauna. The drawings on the walls and all the wood in the design gave the place a distinctive atmosphere. It was exactly what we wanted, with a 20-minute walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the ski funicular. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back next year!
