Agnieszka, our resort manager, deserves special thanks for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. She dealt with the impossible straight away, though the miracles took a little longer! The whole staff were wonderful too. We recommend the Panorama Recreation Center in Szczyrk for its strong facilities and location, which worked really well for active recreation. Our group of picky young people all enjoyed the exceptionally tasty Polish food. The soup may have been slightly too salty, though that’s down to taste.

The dinners weren’t really to my taste, and the rooms looked like they belonged in the Middle Ages. I was there on a trip with friends. At dinner I had soup and was about to take a second helping when the woman took the pot away from me. That happened twice.
