I wouldn't recommend this place. The landlady was rude and kept complaining. The shared bathroom had a leaky shower and a shower curtain that looked badly worn. There was no hot water, and the rooms were freezing until you asked for the heating, even at minus 10 degrees Celsius. The furniture felt like it was from the communist era: the wardrobe smelled inside, so I left my clothes in my suitcase, and the beds were barely holding together. One looked as if it had been gnawed on.

The service was unfriendly, and there was nowhere to park at the property, so you had to leave the car in a snowdrift by the road. Inside, the room was cold and smelled unpleasant, with mold on the walls and water that was barely warm. The bathroom was down the hall, and the kitchenette was so tiny there wasn't even room to make sandwiches.

The owners weren't kind, and the place felt dingy, cold, and expensive. There was no hot water; only after a long discussion did the lady turn on the heating. It felt as if time had stopped there at least 20 years ago. The day after we got home, I received a text saying I had to pay for a broken shower head, even though it had already been leaking when we checked in. One star is too generous. I don't recommend staying here, avoid it altogether.

The location is lovely, right in the center behind Polo Market. There's a river and promenade just outside the entrance, but it's still quiet since the place isn't on the main street. The hospitality and understanding were incredible, a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it, and I'd be glad to stay here again.
