We had a few things we wished were different. The mattresses felt too firm for us, especially for our child, who had trouble getting comfortable. The TVs are set into cabinetry, so the ports can't be reached; we couldn't connect our Google Chromecast. Bring a laptop or tablet if you want to stream your own shows. Sound carries in the rooms, and the spa gets especially noisy in the evenings with its low ceilings and large crowds. The suite itself was spacious and stylish, with a huge bed, big TV, and a lovely balcony view. We also appreciated the underground passage between buildings, which let us reach the spa in bathrobes without going outdoors. The wellness facilities include a large main pool, warm children's pool, two jacuzzis, sauna and steam rooms, plus clean locker rooms near the entrance. The hotel made a striking first impression, and the welcome at reception was warm. Every staff member we met kept up that level of service. We had excellent coffee at the bar and a tasty lunch in the restaurant, and both that and the café look out over the mountains and infinity pool.

The food was really good, and the location and views are lovely. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the stay itself was fairly cheap, though everything else at the hotel cost a lot. I wasn't happy that parking wasn't part of the room price. I hope they improve the access road soon. The spa felt small for a hotel this size.

The view from the infinity pool is lovely, and we had tasty dinners. We stayed in the main building, which made getting around easier. The resort was clean and nice. Breakfast needed more tables for the number of guests, and the wellness and spa area felt undersized for the resort. Parking was 50pln a night, which was a shame.

The view of Szrenica Mountain was unforgettable, and the spa was a wonderful place to unwind after a busy day. We had a fantastic incentive weekend with our business group at Happy Valley Resort in Szklarska Poręba. The apartments were modern, attractive and really comfortable. Everything was organized so professionally from our first contact onward, and the support exceeded what we expected. A brilliant mix of work, luxury and nature. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the food was really good. Getting there was the problem: the road in front is awful, like something from afganistan, and almost impossible without an svu. Also, both the juice machine and coffee machine were broken in the morning. At this price level, that shouldn't happen.
