The hotel itself was excellent: a great location, very large clean rooms, lovely reception staff, and fantastic pools. Breakfast was a highlight too, with plenty of choice and quick, cheerful staff who kept filling things up. Dinner was a different story. The two women serving us were helpful and friendly, but the menu was only in Polish, and the restaurant door was locked even though there was plenty of room. Every ten minutes someone tried to get in. I ordered a chicken steak and nuggets for the kids. The nuggets were okay, though they seemed more like fried chicken than nuggets. My steak was raw inside. I caught it when I cut into it, before eating, but that still felt unacceptable because it could have caused serious problems. I expected an apology, or maybe a free dessert, but nothing happened. Five stars for the hotel, breakfast, and people, but I wouldn't choose the restaurant for dinner.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfasts were hearty, tasty, and had lots of variety. There’s a large pool and a great spa area with a jacuzzi and saunas. Shops and the ski elevator are very close by. 10/10.
