I liked the bathroom's atmosphere, and the kitchenette was fine. The decor also suits the history of the old bakery, and the room or apartment's style felt right for the place. It's close to the trail, and parking is available. The stay, check-in, and cleanliness were all very good. The 4:00 PM check-in time had been made clear when I booked through Booking.com, so it wasn't a surprise. I'd recommend it and will definitely come back 🙂

For a trip as a couple or on your own, I'd give this a positive rating. The owner is friendly, and the woman on the helpline was very helpful. The old bakery inspired an interesting interior design, though it wasn't very practical for a family with kids. The bathroom is dark, with a cold, stony floor. We asked for a travel cot when booking, but it never arrived, and after waiting three days we had to rearrange the bedroom ourselves, which took time and effort. The mattresses on the two fold-out sofas were falling apart and very uncomfortable. The living room sofa isn't suitable for sleeping, except perhaps for an afternoon nap. In the Graham apartment, we felt the bedroom was the only place where sleeping was really possible. To sleep across two rooms, you'd need to rent another apartment with a regular bed, which means extra cost.

Stara Piekarnia is clearly well looked after, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the location is good too. Chybotek is only a 15-minute walk away. A lovely place to spend a few days away from the big city. Highly recommend!

The price doesn't seem to match the condition of the apartment, and it's about an hour's walk to the city center. The kitchenette is very basic, with many things needing replacement, so the place needs some investment. Check-in begins quite late, while checkout is at 10 a.m. The access code comes just 15 minutes beforehand, or right on time, like you're visiting friends. You can check in two hours early, but only for an extra fee. I travel a lot, and that kind of 'convenience' is quite something.
