Szkolne Schronisko Młodzieżowe "Wojtek" w Szklarskiej Porębie

Parking is a plus. The hostel was just what we expected, hard mattresses and all. But breakfast at 40 PLN per person is hardly worth calling breakfast. It was terribly small and not nutritious.

The location was nice and the service friendly, but the shower swung between ice-cold and boiling water. There were spiders too.

I stayed at the hostel with my boyfriend and had a great time!!! The rooms are pretty clean, though they remind me of the communist era. The maggots in the toilet didn’t bother me, at least in my opinion, and neither did the icy water in the sink. The bed was incredibly soft. When my boyfriend and I had sex, I moaned very loudly and couldn’t hear a thing. 😁 I recommend it for horny gay men.

I was nervous after reading the earlier reviews, but it turned out there was no reason to be. No bugs in the kettles, and the shop and train station weren’t far away. There were cobwebs in the rooms, but the lady was nice and didn’t mind. It was funny that everyone had to wash in separate cubicles. The water was either ice cold or boiling hot, but we had fun! Good for a class trip. ♥️
