This is a friendly, quiet and affordable place with a classic feel, and we recommend it. The house has an unusual atmosphere, with antique furniture and porcelain dolls creating a style from another time. If you like a rustic setting, it’s a lovely place to relax among those things. The friendly owner knows the mountain trails well and can suggest routes and sights. There are two little grocery stores right next door. For bigger supermarkets like Lidl, shops, souvenirs, attractions and a children's rope park, it's a 10-minute walk to the city center. The guesthouse is close to the train station and town, but away from tourist crowds and noise. Some rooms have balconies, and all have private bathrooms. Downstairs there's a small kitchen for heating meals, plus storage for skis or bikes.

The staff were fantastic and glad to share information about the area. The location is convenient for the train station, city center, bike routes, ski trails and mountain hiking paths. I recommend bike path no. 14. There’s parking and a ski locker where I stored my bike. My atmospheric room had its own bathroom, as well as a fridge, kettle, drip coffee maker and TV.

We were very happy with our room, which had a mezzanine and bathroom, and the large balcony was a nice extra. It came with a fridge, kettle, cutlery and cups. The property has a distinctive feel, with lots of little wooden ornaments, and the mountain scenery was perfect for me. We recommend it.

The location was good and the bathroom was clean. But the house had an unpleasant smell throughout, like an old shed, and airing out the “old refrigerator” in our room wasn't possible. When we got home, the stink had got into our clothes and bags. The room was filthy, with appliances under a thick layer of dust and rugs that were disgustingly dirty. Everything felt old and neglected. Maybe the other rooms were better?

The room was clean, but the price didn't match the conditions. It was cramped and poorly equipped, and the toilet was only visible through glass in the door. The room we got was very different from the ones shown in the ads.
