Two of the three dishes arrived cold, and the food was dry and tasteless. The menu said mixed salad, but the meal came with steamed beans and some sprouts that didn’t go with it. The staff didn’t apologize or check whether the replacement meals were any better. It seemed like the food may have been sitting in pots for hours. Barely edible, and not worth the time or money.

We had a lovely long weekend, and the hotel sits in a quiet part of Szklarska Poręba, blending into the landscape with plenty of greenery around it. The place was clean, and breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool was pleasant. The sauna area was a little worn, but still usable.

The kids loved having a pool after the morning warm-up, and there were volleyball and basketball courts included. Food was exceptionally good, with dessert at all three meals, and the prices were very good. The service was top-notch, and Ms. Maja, the manager, checked that everything suited us while we were there. Dry and wet saunas were available without limits. Beautiful running trails are within reach too. We had a wonderful sports camp here in August and will come back whenever we can. Thanks so much for a great vacation 🌷. KS SZPADA WROCŁAW🤺

This may have been the worst restaurant experience of my life. Three of our nine dishes were wrong, even though we were one of only two tables there, and around 5-6 menu items weren’t available. Nobody told us that when we arrived. The wine and beer bottles weren’t opened in front of us either. Before our reservation, we’d ordered appetizers, but they came out cold despite us being on time. There was a spider and its web in one of the water carafes. A plate of fruit on the table looked like it had been cut up last week. We didn’t pay for it, but I wouldn’t have put it out for our reservation. I don’t recommend this place.
