The breakfast wasn't great, and there weren't even non-vegan options. The hotel also felt pretty expensive for what you get. For some reason, they charge more if you arrive without a reservation than the price listed online, so try ordering online. Don't stay here on a weekend if you need sleep. There are clubs right next door, and it was absolutely impossible to sleep before 5 a.m.

I had a great stay and would happily return. As someone who doesn't speak Polish, I found the staff very helpful. They arranged a taxi to a tourist site off the beaten path and helped me sort out a return ride when I couldn't reach the taxi company by phone. Everyone I met spoke good English.

We left straight away, shocked by the encounter. My fiancée and I had gone in today to ask about booking terms and prices because we're planning a wedding in Poland. An older gentleman, probably the owner, with a white funny mustache, was rude and unwelcoming. He seemed angry that we planned to have the wedding somewhere else, and insinuated things even though we hadn't told him anything about it. It felt like a place for older people still living in the good old days of communist Poland and assuming young people can't afford fancy hotels. Avoid!

The reception desk was helpful with anything we needed, and parking was free.

The room and hotel seem to have been renovated a long time ago. For the level of the hotel, four stars doesn't fit. I'd say it's no more than three.
