The stairs are very steep, and our child nearly fell. Somehow they should install an elevator, especially since our small room was on the fourth floor and getting luggage up there was difficult. There’s also a lot of noise from the floorboards, even when you walk slowly, and the room isn’t soundproof. Although the rules say not to smoke in the apartment, it always smelled like cigarettes.

My week here passed without the room being cleaned even once. It was extremely cold, and I still haven’t received a receipt despite asking four times. The place is very responsive. I also got little or no response from the contact, Barbara Campari.

The owner was very friendly, and I had a nice, clean room with a wonderful view across the city. The location was great too, right in the old town and close to everything.
