This was the worst of the at least 40 apartments I’ve stayed in over two months of travel. The apartment is very expensive and definitely not worth the cost. We were left waiting for the entry code to become valid even though the apartment was ready, and the host’s communication was horrible. The layout is badly thought out, with tiny passages around a bathroom that’s basically a cube in the middle of the space. The windows are about the size of a TV, barely open, and require moving furniture to reach. Forget the river views, you’re looking at brick houses. There’s no sofa, and the TV has only basic channels, no Smart TV or netlflix app, come on, it’s 2026. The WiFi is weak, so streaming is difficult. The kitchenette is barely equipped, without even wine glasses. Don’t bother booking.

We’ve had some of our best stays in Poland here so far. Everything interesting is within walking distance, and the location is really good. The rooms are all new and have an awesome look.

It’s clean and in a quiet part of the city, and I’d choose it again for a holiday in Torun. My stay was enjoyable despite a few minor problems. If you’re coming for a business trip, keep in mind that breakfast doesn’t start until 09:00.

Apartment 9 has limited headroom, so be aware if you’re tall. I’m 188 high and couldn’t quite stand upright. The space has been renovated nicely, and the location is great, with the street-level restaurant very good too. Copernicus museum, gingerbread museum and the main square are all a short walk away.

We absolutely loved the atmosphere and thought the apartment was great. Just watch out for the very low hallway ceilings if you’re tall! 😄
