Hotel Gromada

The staff were incredibly kind and polite. When my mum felt sick while sitting in the corridor, they responded right away and offered help. I’m really grateful for that. We also appreciated being able to leave luggage at reception, the accessible WC, and the elevator, especially with heavy bags. The location is sooo good, right in the old town, with the main tourist spots a 1-10 minute walk away. Our room was spacious, clean, well ventilated, and full of natural light, though at times we could hear the plumbing and other guests. I’d definitely stay here again!

We were right in the old town, and the room was comfortable, clean, and warm. WiFi was fairly steady, breakfast was a good buffet, and the staff were nice. The only downside was shouting from the nightclub or bar out on the street all night.

The service was straightforward and nice, but the sound and cold from the street came through because the insulation wasn’t good enough. I only stayed for a weekend. It’s in a beautiful spot, with the close rynek, the main square, on one side and the Wisła river on the other. On the last night, the cleaning lady tried to come in despite the NOT DISTURB sign on the door.

Awful. The bed felt like a rock, the linens were dirty and stained, the rug was stained too, and the soap dispenser was empty. There was no air conditioning. Nescafé IS NOT coffee. I’m trying to find something positive. The young woman at the desk was accommodating. At the buffet breakfast the hot food was cold, though the banana and yogurt were OK. That’s the best I can say.
