The apartment itself was quite pleasant. But on our final day, Sunday, the owner called at around 8:00 a.m. demanding an explanation about something that had happened overnight. We were all asleep around midnight and woke up about 8:30 a.m., so at first we were completely taken aback and asked what was going on. A few minutes into the call, she accused us of making noise around 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. and breaking the building's entrance door. She was convinced it was us because we were the only guests who hadn't called her in the middle of the night to report noise on the street. Nothing we said changed her mind, including that we were on the fourth floor, all asleep, and nobody had heard anything. Later, she tried hard to get all our personal details, including our ID card and PESEL numbers, even though she hadn't needed them at check-in. We stayed in the Anise apartment on the fourth floor. Because of this, I'm taking away every star.

The kitchen was handy for our large family: it had a double electric stove, plenty of dishes, cups and cutlery, plus salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea and a toaster. Paid streaming services were another plus. We had Netflix, which was great for the kids to watch during breaks from sightseeing. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the service very friendly. The biggest advantage is the location, right beside the Old Town Square and close to Toruń's attractions, shops and restaurants. One small thing, which isn't the apartment's fault: there's a transformer outside the living room window. Its sound might be useful to people with hearing problems who sleep in the living room, though there are earbuds in the bathroom for every guest.

The best part is the location, right in the historic heart of Toruń. It feels like a cozy home, with room to cook and very spacious, civilized yet authentic rooms. Everything seems thought through and arranged down to the smallest detail, including the arrival. Communication was courteous. It makes me want to come back and stay here forever.

Definitely recommend it. The rooms are clean, well kept, and have everything you need. It's a lovely atmosphere, thanks to the location and the Old Town itself. They even welcomed us with gingerbread, a really nice touch. Worth coming back. Best regards.
