Torun deLuxe

The room was still dirty at 3 p.m., so we called the property manager and waited for someone to change the sheets and clean up. That took until 4 p.m. Later, we found dirty sheets in the bathroom that had also been put on the pull-out sofa bed, even though it was supposed to be fine. The lady had no other way to replace the dirty towel rack, so she used one that looked smeared and a year old.

Everything was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. The apartments are modern and luxuriously equipped, with underground parking, unattended check-in, and all the information sent by email. I recommend them. The one drawback was the poor air conditioning in the Glamour 2 apartment.

I rented an apartment after reading on the website that the windows overlooked the river. Instead, there was a nearby wall from the adjacent building, and no view at all. When I complained, the owner remained adamant, saying that this particular apartment didn’t have a view. I strongly advise against it.

The price is very well balanced for the quality. I’m always very satisfied: everything is prepared to the highest standard, check-in is simple and convenient, and the place is clean, beautiful, and fantastic!
