Mr. Mirosław, the owner, was really helpful and set us up with internet access. It worked flawlessly throughout the hotel and Arkadia restaurant. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the staff helpful. Breakfast was delicious too, and I slept well. Best regards, Robson ;)

After an 11-hour trip from Germany, we arrived to find that no room was available, even though I'd booked one a few years ago, before the coronavirus pandemic. They took us to the attic of a wedding venue instead, and it was a disaster. Now I'm planning a vacation in Łuków, and Google has shown me this hotel again. I don't care about finding a cheap price. I need to know that the room will actually be there when I book, so please check before you go. I can't comment on anything else since I haven't had the chance to use the hotel. I don't know whether I'd recommend it, but I won't stay there again. This really did happen, and I'm sharing it as a warning for people replying to comments.

The owner was nice, and the place was pleasant and clean. Very good accommodation and great service. I'd definitely recommend it :)

It was 17 degrees Celsius in the room in January. I slept in socks and a sweatshirt, under two blankets and a duvet. The TV didn't work either. Dogs at the shelter have warm water. I don't recommend this place at all.
