You can really relax here, thanks to the peaceful surroundings. The cottages are spotless, well equipped, and clearly cared for with a lot of love by the owners.

We reserved three cottages three months ahead, but only two were available when we arrived. We ended up having to use extra beds and mattresses on the floor, which was well below what we expected. The owner first said we’d get part of our money back, then cut that amount in half just before we left without any clear reason. We’re disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism.

The house we’d been assigned had a breakdown, so I was given a separate room in a terraced house instead. Everything was in order: the room and bathroom were very clean, and the owners were friendly. The location was excellent, quiet, and close to the center of Ustka, with private parking available.

We booked a cottage, but when we arrived in Ustka with four children, five hours before check-in, the “nice” lady tried to move us to a guesthouse. I hadn’t booked a cottage to be crammed into a guesthouse. I refused, and we ended up with no cottage and no money. Three days later the money still hadn’t arrived, though the transfer from Booking.com was supposedly made. Imagine being six hours from home with four tired kids and having nowhere to go when nothing else goes wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FAKE, NICE LADY. I AM DISGUSTING 0/10
