Ridiculous. I booked through Booking.com and got a confirmation, then just a few hours later the landlord messaged me telling me to cancel. Apparently the price they had listed was too low. Surely they know what price they're advertising. I don't recommend this.

We arrived at the hotel after booking a room with a man through Booking, but we couldn't get inside. We had the password and everything, yet he hadn't opened the hotel entrance. We called 99 and got no answer. Booking listed two numbers for contacting the hotel, but no one picked up those calls either. Another number texted us to explain what we wanted. Once we described the problem, he just said all the information was on Booking and told us to call the number listed there. Why provide a contact number for problems if nobody answers? And what good is the 99 number at the door when it goes unanswered? In Warsaw, someone should be able to help. I'd rather find a hostel with someone at reception than deal with guests this way.

There were five of us, but only four chairs, and the apartment didn't have enough towels for everyone or even a kitchen dish towel. The building was being renovated and looked shabby. Some drunk people asking for money made it hard for us to get inside. It was a terrible experience!

The decor is modern, the price was reasonable, and it's close to the center. I'd recommend it.
