We walked in at 4:30 PM to find the apartment hadn't been cleaned after the last guest. There was rubbish around, wet towels, and dirt. After 20 calls, a Ukrainian woman showed up and sent us out to the stairwell so she could clean. We got back in 40 minutes later, but had to ask for clean towels and bed linen ourselves, since the property doesn't provide those as standard. The apartment was dirty and neglected, and the service showed no respect for customers. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We chose the place because parking was included, but when we arrived there was no remote. They said the previous guest had taken it, apologized, and had no fix to offer. Three weeks later I'm still waiting on the 40 euros for parking, with no compensation at all. There were also broken items and dirty walls.
