For the price, it's good, but the stairs feel sketchy. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls are super, super thin, so everyone can hear you, and it gets enough to drive you crazy.

The interior is old, and the wooden furniture has an aged smell. They renovated inside the apartment, but it still feels old.
