My company had booked many rooms for a corporate event, but I couldn't travel because my child was about to be born. I let Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw know as soon as that became clear. Given my history as a frequent Marriott guest and a previous business relationship with this hotel, I expected some understanding or flexibility. Instead, I got a generic reply pointing to the terms and conditions, with no effort to find a solution. The message came across as, we don't care, we'll charge you anyway. Loyalty seems to count for nothing here, and customer care felt absent. I'm genuinely shocked by how this was handled. It left a very bad impression, and I won't stay here on future trips to Warsaw. If professionalism, empathy, or basic hospitality matter to you, I'd choose somewhere else.

Breakfast had plenty of choice: meat, fish, falafel, lots of fruit and vegetables, desserts, plus coffee, tea, and juice. We had the breakfast option, and I liked the hotel a lot. The room was large and clean, with the things we needed, including a kettle and hairdryer. The staff were professional and took good care of guests.

The rooms were comfortable, though the heavy doors made a noise when they shut. The hotel was handy for both the airport and our Warsaw office, so the location worked well, and in the end I had a good stay. I paid for breakfast at the hotel, but every morning they told me I hadn't booked it. The first time was fine, but hearing it again the second day got irritating. Thankfully, they'd corrected the system by my last morning. Breakfast was decent, but not worth what I paid.
