Golden Apartament by Your Freedom

The location was only okay, but the apartment itself was pleasant and had most of what I needed. The rooms were small, though the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom size didn’t really bother me. The air conditioning worked, and I liked having a freezer and a Nespresso. There were extra cleaning supplies in the bedroom closet too. A few things could be better: the wooden blinds let in the sun all day, and paid parking around the building is usually quite full. Some soap and shampoo for the shower, plus a little laundry detergent, would have been useful. I also had trouble finding the entrance. Photos or an explanation that the first entrance is a gate would help.

The sheets had hair on them, the bedding smelled musty, and there was a urine smell coming from the toilet.

The apartment was booked for four, but only set up for two when we arrived. Towels, duvets, pillows, and sheets were missing. The owner told me on the phone he’d bring everything right away, but nobody came. An hour later I called again and couldn’t reach anyone. We tried another number, then sent texts and messages through Booking.com, with no response and no delivery. Two of us ended up sleeping on the bare bed. The owner still hasn’t replied or apologized. I can’t recommend this place.
