Hotel Warszawa

The spa was such a relaxing place that I wanted to stay there for ages. Rooms, breakfast and spa were all honestly perfect, and the price felt more than fair. The staff were very qualified and quick to help with random requests. My only tiny suggestion, and it's not necessary, would be to have more water in the spa, maybe some nuts or little snacks too. I'd highly recommend staying here.

I’m still without my £300 white Dolce & Gabbana T-shirt, and the hotel has done ZERO after I reached out. It was in my room beside my belongings, so I find it highly unlikely that it simply disappeared. Maybe it was taken with the laundry or mishandled, but nobody has taken responsibility or made a real effort to investigate. I arrived on Wednesday 15th and noticed by Thursday evening that it was missing from my luggage. I reported it to reception first thing the next morning. The staff member, Philip/Filip, seemed dismissive and smug, and even laughed at times. There was no urgency or care. They said they’d contact the external cleaners, but I have no confidence that anyone properly followed up. Later I was told the shirt was “missing,” with no clear explanation. Despite the perfect location and fantastic facilities, this was a very poor stay. When you pay for a hotel, you expect your belongings to be safe and staff to take a problem like this seriously. That absolutely wasn’t my experience. The way it was handled was shocking, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I’ll return, though the restaurant is amazing and overpriced. It’s an expensive stay for Warsaw, but the hotel itself is stunning and really comfortable. The rooms are large and beautifully designed, including the bathrooms, and the spa was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner were great, and service was generally good. Breakfast was the exception: they got my eggs hollandaise wrong three times when I just wanted the eggs well done. I gave up and ordered something else. I also had language issues with three different waiters. The rooms don’t block sound well, so I could hear people above me and out in the passage quite a lot.

Hotel Warszawa makes exploring Warsaw easy with its central location, and the wellness area is a lovely break from the city. The spa and indoor pool were great for relaxing after sightseeing or business meetings. Breakfast also deserves a mention: it was generous, nicely presented and thoughtfully inclusive, with excellent gluten-free options. The hotel is in the iconic, reborn Prudential skyscraper, and it brings history and modern luxury together beautifully. The design feels striking but tasteful, elegant without trying to shout. My room was so comfortable I briefly thought about cancelling my plans to stay in it longer. Service felt exemplary, professional and courteous, with a calm confidence that made things seem effortless. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the smiles seemed genuine. It’s refined without feeling stiff or showy. Staying here felt like a good decision, one I was still quietly pleased with after check-out. Highly recommended.
