I booked this place for an Apashe concert at the nearby stadium and wanted somewhere affordable and comfortable. The room was clean, well kept, and a good size for a double. The bed was supportive and comfortable, without a sagging old spring mattress. I had a nautical theme room, which amused me as an ex sailor. I worried the stripes might be too much with my autistic sensory issues, but I barely noticed them once I was inside. Even right beside the lift, I hardly heard anyone at night, so the soundproofing seems good. The WiFi was brilliant too, with no issues. I liked the eco friendly setup. There was lots of recycling, and the room felt mostly self sufficient. The carafe could be filled from fresh water in the hallway, which was perfect. Hanging the 'do not clean' tag on the door also earns points on your account. The lights had dimmers, a small thing but really important for my light sensitivity. Everything worked except the air con dials. Breakfast is a buffet with a very Polish feel: fruit, cold meats, cheese, scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, plenty of bread and sweets, plus cereal. No bananas, though. There was a juice maker, coffee and tea, and a juice dispenser. There was nothing gluten free, which is a problem if you're Ceoliac, and no dairy free cheese, but there are alternative milks and enough choices for people with stomach issues, provided you don't have allergies. Dinner at the evening restaurant was superb. The dishes came quickly and were cooked just right. I had tofu with rice noodles, which felt a bit odd to eat with a fork, and sea bream. Both were delicious. There were plenty of alcoholic drinks, though I don't drink and didn't check them out. The main problem for me was the room temperature. In winter the air con is set to heat only, and in summer to cool only. My controls didn't work, and since I'm very heat intolerant, I had to turn it off and open the window. I'm glad the window opened, but the hotel backs onto a dual carriageway and it got really noisy during the day and early evening. The curtains also left a gap of around 12 inches in the middle, so anyone sensitive to light should bring an eye mask. Reception doesn't have earplugs either, so remember to pack them. Still a 9/10 for me. The comfort was great despite the air con and breakfast limitations. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which I appreciated because my Polish is horrific, and they were willing to help wherever they could.

The staff were very good, and the rooms were nice and clean. The shower was a good size, though there could be more room to hang clothes. Breakfast was poor compared with other Ibis hotels. The location is a good 10-15 minute walk from the city centre and old town. We enjoy walking, so that wasn't a drawback. You get what you pay for.

The reception team were kind and helpful throughout, and the lobby was a nice extra, with free coffee, water with lemon slices, and cookies that were restocked quickly. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Warsaw’s main attractions, which made getting out to explore convenient. We held a team building event at Ibis Styles Warszawa Centrum, and the stay was outstanding. The rooms were cozy, colorful, and beautifully designed. Housekeeping came daily and paid close attention to detail. Even my tea bags were replaced with fresh ones the day after I used them. Food was a real highlight. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with lots of healthy choices, fresh vegetables and fruit, and a cold press station where we could make juice from carrots, beets, oranges, and apples. Dinner was just as tasty and well balanced. A lovely atmosphere, spotless rooms, good food, and exceptional service. I'd recommend it for business or leisure.

The room was comfortable and a decent size, and the food was great. But it was far too warm, and I couldn't get the temperature down. I was in Warsaw for the marathon on 28th September and hoped to sleep well before the run. When I tried the air con, it blew hot air. Reception explained that the hotel had switched it to heating only two days earlier because of the seasonal change. Turning it off was the only way to reduce the heat, but the room stayed too warm, and the window wouldn't open. I didn't sleep as well as I could have in a cooler room.

When I arrived, the room was very cold. I contacted someone and was told to wait for it to warm up. It seemed that if nobody was staying in a room, they didn't heat it. The next day I had the same problem, so they moved us to another room. It was a little warmer, but still not comfortable without taking hot showers. They said that was the maximum temperature and the technical department wasn't working, and maybe they could give me some blankets. I asked to speak to the manager, was told he wasn't there and that they'd contact me, but nobody did. I paid the hotel to wrap myself in blankets. The reception staff behaved very badly, and I had to speak to three people before they changed my room.
