The staff were super kind, my room was clean, and there was plenty for breakfast. I’ve stayed in guest houses across Europe, and it’s really rare to find one with a reception. It’s quite close to the airport, though far from downtown. Irena and her team did excellent work. If I return to Warsaw this year, I’ll definitely book again.

We paid 370zł for one night, breakfast included, despite booking about four months ahead. For a place in a more industrial part of town, that feels far too expensive. No offense, but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again. The rest was really nice: clean rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and a varied breakfast.

It was nice and quiet since the hotel isn’t too near the road. The rooms were clean, with good shower en-suites and lovely big mirrors above the sinks. Breakfast was good too, with both cooked and cold choices.

I’ve stayed at many Warsaw hotels over the last ten years, and this is easily the most charming and comfortable one outside the city center. For a work trip, it’s a great choice if you need quiet, a good breakfast, and late check-in. They even made crepes without cheese specially for my brother. Thanks to all the staff, especially Irena for being so nice. We’ll definitely be back.
